Week one — connect and train

2. We connect to it where it lives, inside your environment.
3. Lua trains a single foundation model on it.

Week two — fine-tune and ship

1. Fine-tune the model for your first use case.
2. Validate against your own evaluation harness.
3. Ship to production, with monitoring in place.

From there, each additional use case is a fine-tune away — not a new project.
